Reading NBA odds
The moneyline is who wins. The spread is set in points (for example −6.5). Big favourites can lay double digits. Totals are the two teams' combined points, often between 210 and 240.
Rest days and late injury news on star players move basketball prices the most, often in the last hour before tip-off.
The NBA season
The regular season runs from late October to mid-April: 82 games per team, a play-in tournament, then four best-of-seven playoff rounds.
Forecasts, not promises
A team at 65% still loses about one game in three. SportLark shows scores, odds and model forecasts for information only. It does not take bets or handle money. If you bet elsewhere, you must be 21+ (or the legal age where you are) and betting must be legal where you live. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
