Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use SportLark, on the web or in our apps. By using it you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use SportLark.

What SportLark is
SportLark shows live scores, schedules, standings, statistics, news and odds for many sports, together with forecasts made by our own computer models (shown as “picks”, leans or win chances). It is run by KytePush (“we”, “us”).
No wagering, no betting advice
- SportLark is not a sportsbook. We don’t take bets, hold money, pay winnings or offer any real-money game, contest or prize.
- Picks and forecasts are the output of statistical models. They are provided for information and entertainment only. They are not betting, financial or professional advice, and they are not a promise or guarantee of any result. Models are often wrong, and past results don’t predict future ones.
- Odds and lines shown are for reference, can be out of date, and may differ from what any operator offers you. Always check with the operator before you act.
- If you choose to bet anywhere, that decision and its result are yours alone. Only bet where it is legal for you, and only if you are 21 or older (or the legal age where you are, if higher). Help is available any time at 1-800-GAMBLER; see Responsible gaming.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 to use SportLark, and at least 21 to use its betting-related content (picks, odds and lines). If you are under 18, use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Accounts
An account is optional and only syncs your settings. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time (how). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- scrape, bulk-download or resell SportLark’s data, forecasts or images, or use them to build a competing service;
- overload, probe or interfere with the service, or get around its limits or security;
- use SportLark to break any law, including gambling laws where you are;
- present our forecasts as a guaranteed or paid “lock”, or sell them.
Sharing a link, a screenshot or a share card with friends or on social media is welcome.
Content and trademarks
The SportLark name, logo, design, text and models are ours. Team and league names, logos and player names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the teams and games. SportLark is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any league, team, player or betting operator. Photos are used under their licences and credited on Credits.
If you believe something on SportLark infringes your rights, email kytepush@gmail.com with the page and the details and we’ll look at it promptly.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep scores and stats right and fresh, but data comes from third-party feeds and can be late, incomplete or wrong. SportLark is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of money, including any loss from betting or other decisions made using SportLark. SportLark is free; where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Apps
If you use our iPhone or Android app, the store’s own terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for SportLark or its content and are not parties to these terms; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookies & analytics.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use SportLark after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where KytePush is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
